The AI Productivity Advantage for Leaders:

Using AI to build capacity and supporting productive AI adoption on your team.

These sessions help you cut through the AI overwhelm and use AI safely and confidently to reduce workload pressure, build capacity for higher-value leadership work, and support productive AI adoption on your team.

What leaders do, prioritize, and ask for sends a stronger signal than any policy, training, or tool rollout. This program is designed to help leaders use AI in practical, visible ways that support focus, judgment, and productive adoption.

The AI Productivity Advantage for Leaders is designed to support leaders and teams at different stages of AI adoption — from early clarity and confidence through to consistent, integrated use.

  • Each level is a complete, stand-alone session and can be delivered as a 2-hour virtual session or a 3-hour in-person session. (For an optional learning pathway levels can be delivered in sequence 30-60 days apart).
  • Highly practical and engaging, with hands-on practice using your approved AI tools.
  • The AI practices covered are applicable across popular tools like Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini and Enterprise LLMs, with content adjusted to align with and reinforce your organization’s tools, AI policy and guidelines.

Level 1: The AI-Ready Leader – Supporting Safe, Productive AI Adoption

This session helps leaders move themselves and their teams from AI awareness to confident, productive use — safely, calmly, and with immediate practical value.

Leaders will learn how to:

  • Apply AI safely and appropriately within organizational guidelines.
Use AI in alignment with internal policies, privacy expectations, and professional judgment — and confidently lead AI safety in their team.
  • Use AI to save time and build capacity for more strategic leadership work.
Apply AI in practical ways that reduce cognitive load and free up time for the leadership work that can’t be automated — judgment, prioritization, and people leadership.
  • Prompt AI effectively using the PRIMER framework.
Learn an immediately applicable prompt framework and power prompting techniques that produce clearer, more useful outputs — and model what effective AI use actually looks like in day-to-day work.
  • Support productive AI adoption on your team.
Encourage thoughtful experimentation, normalize learning, and remove adoption blockers.
  • Model a human-first approach to AI — for themselves and their team. Use AI to enhance thinking, preparation, and decision-making – not replace judgement –  while setting the tone for responsible, confidence-building AI use across their teams.

Level 2 : The AI-Productive Leader – From Adoption to Integration

This session supports leaders in turning early AI use into consistent, practical habits that drive measurable productivity gains across their teams.

Leaders will learn how to:

  • Apply advanced, leadership-level AI use cases
Use AI to support higher-value leadership work such as strategic thinking, delegating effectively, and developing people — not just task execution.
  • Intentionally repurpose AI time savings into productive work
Help themselves and their teams reinvest reclaimed time into higher-value priorities — building real capacity rather than just doing more, faster.
  • Guide their team’s AI adoption journey toward consistent productivity benefits.
Identify where AI reliably increases productivity, saves time, and improves work quality (a soft ROI) — moving beyond experimentation to scalable integration.
  • Explore custom GPTs / agents as a next-level productivity lever
Gain an introduction to how simple, role-specific AI assistants can support recurring leadership work and unlock the next stage of productivity gains.
  • Sustain momentum without overload or burnout
Build realistic habits and expectations that keep AI use practical, supportive, and integrated — rather than becoming another source of pressure.
