  • What fuels us – and what drains us. Reflecting on the activities, expectations, and work patterns that either renew energy or gradually deplete it.
  • Reducing cognitive overload. Understanding how overload builds up  — and practical ways to reduce it in everyday work.
  • Creating rhythms of recovery, renewal, and reset. Simple practices that help restore energy, reduce fatigue, and support steady performance.
  • Boundaries and transitions that protect energy. Simple practices for starting the day well, ending it cleanly, and preventing work from quietly draining energy outside working hours.
